Eumsikbangmun
Eumsikbangmun
“Emsikbangmun” is a book that records how to cook food. It is a book that was written in korean in 1882, and is filled with dumplings, steamed carp, tteok-bokki(Stir-fried Rice Cake). Compared to other food recipes dating back to the middle of the 19th century, there are unique foods such as gukssusang, gukwamandu(chrysanthemum dumplings), goltang, and geumbongtang. Unlike other books at similar times, there is no way to produce fermented foods such as soy sauce, vinegar, and kimchi.
